How do I maintain my email address privacy using Staffbucks?

Once you are logged in your account, the job posting form will provide you with an option to hide your email address (check box at the bottom of job posting form). The responses of the job posting can thereafter be reviewed in you’re account by using the “My Job Responses” link. As soon as you get a job response, the system will also forward you a copy of the response received to your email address automatically. If you use the option to hide your email address, under no circumstances would your email address be sent to the mail list.

Is posting Hotlists and Candidate availability allowed using the Job Posting Service?

We do NOT allow posting hotlist and candidate availability to the mail-list. We however allow posting hotlists and resume searching Free for agencies that register a free directory profile.

How do I know that the post has been sent to the mail list?

As soon as your post is released to mail list server, you will see its status in your Account Manager as active. This section of your account manager is updated in real time and displays the most current information.

Can I resend email job posting?

Due to our adherence to Anti-Spam laws and strong desire to make this a value resource, we do not allow resending job postings before 72 hrs have passed. Your Account Manager has a resend email feature, which will resend your mail after 72 hrs have passed.

How does the Pricing work?

Members can sign-up using Paypal’s highly secured payment gateway. Members can pay using PayPal account or Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover cards. Different sign-up options are being made available on the sign-up form.

1.       Employers & Agencies have nine pricing plans to choose from:

·         Pay Per Post: Pay for every Job Posting.

·         Set up Monthly, Quarterly, Six-Monthly and Yearly Subscription.

·         Pay with Monthly, Quarterly, Six-Monthly and Yearly payment option (without recurring subscription set up).

2.       Organizations interested in Advertising their products and services should refer to Advertising Section for current pricing information.

3.       Staffing Advisory Services are proposal-based services offered as Fixed Cost and Time & Material depending on nature of assignment. Please contact us to schedule a discussion with one of our specialists.

How does your refund policy work?

We ask members to be sure to signup for the type of account that they would like to keep for a long time. Using Staffbucks is really risk free and cost effective:

1.       For Pay as you use members, cost for any job postings already released to our mail lists cannot be refunded.

2.       For Monthly and Quarterly (subscription & non-subscription) members, for ease of everyone's we have set up payment process leveraging Paypal's highly secured solution during the sign-up process. If you would like to cancel earlier, for ease of administrative management we are not able to process any refunds for remaining time left. Your membership will continue to be active till the term that covers your payment. Your credit card will not be charged (for subscription members) for the next cycle as long as you confirm us the cancellation before the end of month from your account manager or by sending a email to 411@staffbucks.com.

3.       For 6 Month & Yearly (subscription and non-subscription) members, refunds for first 3 months calculated based on regular monthly subscription rate is not provided. Refunds for remaining months are reduced in value by 50%. Refund check will be issued with-in 30 days of receipt of request. Your credit card will not be charged (for subscription members) for the next cycle as long as you confirm us the cancellation before the end of month from your account manager or by sending a email to 411@staffbucks.com.  Top



Can I upgrade/downgrade my Account Type?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade your account from Account Manager. Many of our members like to upgrade to a yearly account after they have used the service for a few months. Yearly accounts are cost effective, offer best value and are hassle free. We would like to keep this process very simple and free of administrative hassles for you as well as us. Please DO NOT change your account manager settings unless you really want to upgrade or downgrade as it can lead to hold on your account if Payment for new account type selected is not completed. Please read this policy before you upgrade or downgrade account:

1.       Upgrading Account is similar to signing up for new account type and therefore we advise members to take advantage of upgrades when your term of prior account type is ending. Mid-term Upgrades will subject the prior account type to be cancelled immediately and subject to same refund policy as mentioned above. Upgrading will also require completing Payment at Paypal for immediate access to job posting services.

2.       Downgrading account is similar to signing up for new account type and therefore we advise members to downgrade when your term of prior account type is ending. Mid-term downgrade will subject the prior account type to be cancelled immediately and subject them to same refund policy as mentioned above. Downgrading might require completing Payment at Paypal for immediate access to job posting services.

How do I post a job to the Staffbucks list?

If you are an employer or agency, visit
www.staffbucks.com and click on the "Post Job" link in your section and follow the instructions.

1.       You can test the list by sending a requirement to the list using Pay Per Post option. OR

2.       You can subscribe for one of the pricing option for uninterrupted service and unlimited postings.  Top



How do I subscribe as member to Staffbucks Lists?

Staffbucks is partially hosted on Yahoo!Groups, Google Groups & Staffbucks Servers. We leverage Yahoo! Groups to add new members due to ease of membership management. You can subscribe to Staffbucks in two ways:

1.       Visiting www.staffbucks.com and entering your email in the subscribe box on main page. OR

2.       Send an email to staffbucks-subscribe@yahoogroups.com and follow the instructions received in your mail to become a member.   Top



What is the process to unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe in two ways:

1.       If you subscribed via email you can automatically unsubscribe by sending an email to the unsubscribe address from any posting email that you have received (from the bottom of email). This would typically be a Google!Groups or Yahoo ! Groups email address. Then follow the instructions received in email to confirm removal.

2.       Send an email to 411@staffbucks.com and the moderator would remove you from our mail lists.  Top



How do I change my preferences for receiving email?

In order to manage memberships better, we are currently using Yahoo! Groups for new memberships as that provides our members more control and reduces the moderator effort for us.

1.       Go to groups.yahoo.com or groups.google.com (if you are Google member) and select “My Groups.” You may need to sign in with your Yahoo! Groups or Google Groups user ID and password.

2.       Once you select “My Groups” you will see a list of the Yahoo!Groups or Google Groups email lists you have joined.

3.       Select “Edit Membership” and then you’ll see a drop down menu for “Message Delivery.” This drop-down menu allows you to choose “No Mail,” “Individual Email,” “Daily Digest,” or “Special Notices.” Select what you prefer and save your option.
