How do I maintain my email address privacy using Staffbucks?

Once you are logged in your account and are ready to post a job, the job posting form will provide you with an option to hide your email address (check box at the bottom of job posting form). The responses of the job posting can thereafter be reviewed in you’re account by using the “My Job Responses” link. As soon as you get a job response, the system will also forward you a copy of the response received to your email address automatically. If you use the option to hide your email address, under no circumstances would your email address be sent to the mail list.

What kinds of jobs are posted to Staffbucks?

Staffbucks is for all contract and permanent positions of a technical and functional nature. Here are some representative’s examples of type of Jobs that can be sourced using Staffbucks:

Is posting Candidate availability allowed using the Job Posting Service?

We do NOT allow posting hotlist and candidate availability to the Network. We however allow posting resumes using Staffbucks Resume Posting tool specially designed for Agencies to post bench candidates. These candidates then become searchable in our resume search database. Today this feature is used by several agencies to market their bench candidates for free

Can I resend email job postings to Staffbucks Network ?

Due to our adherence to Anti-Spam laws and strong desire to make this a value resource, we do not allow resending job postings before 72 hrs have passed. Your Account Manager has a resend email feature, which will allow you to resend your job post after 72 hrs have passed.

How does your refund policy work?

We ask members to be sure to signup for the type of account that they would like to keep for a long time. Using Staffbucks is really risk free and cost effective:

Due to ease of Administrative Management and the cost effectiveness of these models, for Pay Per Use, Monthly and Quarterly (Subscription and Non-Subscription) members, we offer No Refunds for the duration of account sign-up. Your membership will continue to be active till the term that covers your payment. Your credit card will not be charged (for subscription members) for the next cycle as long as you confirm us the cancellation before the end of your term from your account manager tool or by sending a email to 411@staffbucks.com.

For 6 Month & Yearly (subscription and non-subscription) members, refunds for first 3 months calculated based on regular monthly subscription rate is not provided. Refunds for remaining months are reduced in value by 50%. Refund check will be issued with-in 30 days of receipt of request. Your credit card will not be charged (for subscription members) for the next cycle as long as you confirm us the cancellation before the end of month from your account manager or by sending a email to 411@staffbucks.com.  Top

 

Can I upgrade/downgrade my Account Type?

Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade your account from Account Manager (Account Profile Section). Many of our members like to upgrade to a yearly account after they have used the service for a few months. Yearly accounts are cost effective, offer best value and are hassle free. We would like to keep this process very simple and free of administrative hassles for you as well as us. Please DO NOT change your account manager settings unless you really want to upgrade or downgrade as it can lead to hold on your account if Payment for new account type selected is not completed. Please read this policy before you upgrade or downgrade account:

1.       Upgrading Account is similar to signing up for new account type and therefore we advise members to take advantage of upgrades when your term of prior account type is ending. Mid-term Upgrades will subject the prior account type to be cancelled immediately and subject to same refund policy as mentioned above. Upgrading will also require completing Payment at Paypal for immediate access to job posting services.

2.       Downgrading account is similar to signing up for new account type and therefore we advise members to downgrade when your term of prior account type is ending. Mid-term downgrade will subject the prior account type to be cancelled immediately and subject them to same refund policy as mentioned above. Downgrading might require completing Payment at Paypal for immediate access to job posting services.

3.       We also request members to send an email to 411@staffbucks.com after they have upgraded or downgraded the account.  Top

 

How do I subscribe as member to Staffbucks Lists?

www.staffbucks.com and enter your email in the subscribe box on main page. Follow Instructions received in your email from Yahoo! Groups Email List to confirm subscription. Top

 

What is the process to unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe in two ways:

1.       If you subscribed via email you can automatically unsubscribe by sending an email to the unsubscribe address from any posting email that you have received (from the bottom of email). This would typically be a Google!Groups or Yahoo ! Groups email address. Then follow the instructions received in email to confirm removal.

2.       Send an email to 411@staffbucks.com and the moderator would remove you from our mail lists.  Top

 

How do I change my preferences for receiving email?

In order to manage memberships better, we are currently using Yahoo! Groups for new memberships as that provides our members more control and reduces the moderator effort for us.

1.       Go to groups.yahoo.com or groups.google.com (if you are Google member) and select “My Groups.” You may need to sign in with your Yahoo! Groups or Google Groups user ID and password.

2.       Once you select “My Groups” you will see a list of the Yahoo!Groups or Google Groups email lists you have joined.

3.       Select “Edit Membership” and then you’ll see a drop down menu for “Message Delivery.” This drop-down menu allows you to choose “No Mail,” “Individual Email,” “Daily Digest,” or “Special Notices.” Select what you prefer and save your option.

4.       You can also email 411@staffbucks.com requesting a change in your preference and our moderator can make the change for you.  Top
